Travel Conditions / Passenger Rules
1. Passenger Behaviour
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while travelling with Concert Travel Solutions.
We aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers.
Passengers who behave in a way that causes disruption, harassment or damage may be refused travel or removed from the coach.
2. Alcohol and Intoxication
Passengers may not bring excessive alcohol onto the coach.
Anyone who appears excessively intoxicated may be refused travel for the safety and comfort of other passengers.
3. Damage to Vehicles
Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from passenger behaviour may be charged to the responsible individual.
4. Seat Allocation
Seats are generally allocated on a first-booked basis unless otherwise stated.
Passengers should remain seated while the vehicle is in motion and follow any safety instructions provided by the driver.
5. Safety
For safety reasons, passengers must follow all instructions given by the driver.
The driver has the authority to make decisions regarding passenger safety and vehicle operation.
6. Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings during travel.
Concert Travel Solutions accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
7. Pickup and Drop-Off
Passengers must use the designated pickup points provided at the time of booking.
Concert Travel Solutions may adjust pickup points if required due to road closures or local restrictions.
8. Right to Refuse Travel
Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger who:

behaves aggressively

poses a safety risk

damages property
-
fails to follow driver instructions
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
9. Passenger Liability and Damage
Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle or its contents during travel.
Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to charge passengers for the cost of repairing damage or cleaning the vehicle where the damage has been caused by passenger behaviour.
This may include, but is not limited to:

damage to seats or interior fittings

excessive littering or spillages

damage caused by misuse of equipment

deep cleaning required due to sickness or other incidents.
Where significant cleaning or repairs are required, the responsible passenger may be liable for the associated costs.
Concert Travel Solutions may also refuse future bookings from passengers who cause damage or disruption.
