Booking & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All seats must be booked in advance through the Concert Travel Solutions website or by contacting us directly.

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued.

Passengers should ensure all booking details are correct at the time of booking.


2. Transport Only

Unless otherwise clearly stated, bookings made through Concert Travel Solutions are for transport only.

Event tickets are not included and passengers must ensure they have valid tickets for the event they intend to attend.


3. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for arriving at their designated pickup location on time.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The coach cannot wait for late passengers and missed departures will not be refunded.


4. Customer Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds may be issued depending on how much notice is given before the trip.

As event travel often requires advance planning and reserved seating, refunds may not be available for cancellations made close to the departure date.

In some cases, passengers may be able to transfer their seat to another person if agreed in advance.


5. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes where available, but this cannot always be guaranteed.


6. Trip Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Concert Travel Solutions may need to cancel a trip due to:

  • insufficient bookings

  • severe weather

  • vehicle issues

  • unforeseen operational problems

If a trip is cancelled by us, passengers will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer their booking to another trip where available.


7. Delays

While every effort is made to operate trips on time, travel may be affected by:

  • traffic conditions

  • road closures

  • weather

  • event-related delays

Concert Travel Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.


8. Refund Processing

Where refunds are issued, they will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers.


9. Event Changes, Postponements or Cancellations

Concert Travel Solutions provides transport services only and is not responsible for the organisation or scheduling of events.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, the following conditions apply:

If the event is rescheduled to a new date, passengers will be offered the option to:

  • transfer their booking to the new date, or

  • receive a refund where transport cannot be rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled entirely, Concert Travel Solutions will review the transport arrangements and may offer refunds where the trip is no longer able to operate.

Where a passenger chooses not to attend a rescheduled event but the transport service is still operating, refunds may not be available.

We strongly recommend passengers check event organiser policies regarding ticket refunds and rescheduling.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
