1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Concert Travel Solutions website and the booking of any services provided by Concert Travel Solutions.

By booking transport through our website or contacting us to reserve seats, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Concert Travel Solutions provides organised coach transport to concerts, sporting events and other major events, as well as private coach hire services.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, bookings are for transport only. Event tickets are not included.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid tickets for the event they intend to attend.

3. Booking and Payment

Seats can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Your seat is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been completed.

4. Pickup Locations and Departure Times

Pickup locations and departure times will be provided prior to the journey.

Passengers are responsible for arriving at their designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before departure time.

The coach cannot wait for late passengers and missed departures will not be refunded.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during travel.

Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to refuse travel or remove passengers who:

  • behave aggressively or abusively

  • cause disruption to other passengers

  • damage the vehicle

  • appear excessively intoxicated

No refund will be issued if travel is refused due to inappropriate behaviour.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If a passenger cancels their booking, refunds may be issued depending on the notice provided.

Where possible, passengers should contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to travel.

Refunds may not be available for cancellations made close to the departure date.

Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to cancel or modify trips due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, vehicle issues or insufficient bookings.

In such cases, passengers will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • an alternative trip where available.

7. Delays and Travel Conditions

While we aim to operate all trips according to schedule, travel times may be affected by traffic conditions, road closures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Concert Travel Solutions cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by events outside of our control.

8. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.

Concert Travel Solutions accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen items during travel.

9. Liability

Concert Travel Solutions will take all reasonable steps to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

10. Passenger Liability and Damage

Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle or its contents during travel.

Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to charge passengers for the cost of repairing damage or cleaning the vehicle where the damage has been caused by passenger behaviour.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • damage to seats or interior fittings

  • excessive littering or spillages

  • damage caused by misuse of equipment

  • deep cleaning required due to sickness or other incidents.

Where significant cleaning or repairs are required, the responsible passenger may be liable for the associated costs.

Concert Travel Solutions may also refuse future bookings from passengers who cause damage or disruption.

11. Changes to These Terms

Concert Travel Solutions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
